IMPACT

Alpha Chi has helped me grow as a leader in several ways! From being able to build my team building and communication skills, to helping my self-confidence, my sisters in Theta Psi have reminded me how they'll always be there when I need support! Serving as chapter president has allowed me to give back to the community that has given me so much, especially since home is so far away.

Leadership Academy was utterly transformative. I walked away feeling impacted and inspired by all of the amazing women I met, and am so excited to implement some of the ideas I heard in my own chapter! I truly could not be more grateful to have had the chance to experience an entire weekend of such real strong women.

Leadership Academy enhanced my leadership ability to cater to the growth of my chapter and the increased learning and professionalism of our executive board. Leadership academy helped me connect with not only other chapter presidents but also other executive board officers to help bring new ideas to the challenges we have faced in the past.
