IMPACT

Leadership Academy helped me grow both personally and as a leader by giving me the tools to lead with confidence and purpose. It taught me how to communicate more effectively, make decisions with intention and support others while staying true to my values. I also connected with other leaders, which gave me new perspectives and ideas I’ve been able to bring back to our chapter.
